PH Homes’ hat-trick of Premier League players!

With their off-the-scale salaries allowing them to live wherever they choose, having a Premier League footballer move into one of their homes is something any developer would be pleased about.

But in recent weeks PH Homes – one of the North-West’s most respected names in property development – have had not one, but three top players pick up the keys to their homes.

The players including Manchester United and England’s Marcus Rashford, and Everton winger Yannick Bolasie have each moved into a PH Home somewhere in Cheshire – naturally the locations can’t be revealed.

“Marcus and Yannick  could have had their pick of Cheshire’s luxury houses” says Philip Hughes, Managing Director of PH Homes. “So we’re particularly proud that they appreciated the style, quality and attention to detail that’s a hallmark of every PH property, and chose to buy from us. I’d like to welcome them, and hope they’ll be very happy in their new homes.”

In terms of providing grand residences for the nation’s elite players and their families, PH Homes have an impressive track record. The Cheadle-based developer created current Manchester United captain Michael Carrick’s magnificent home, and also David and Victoria Beckham’s stunning Nether Alderley mansion when he was playing for the team.

Over the years the company has been responsible for some of the finest homes in the region, as well as being known for their ultra-luxurious villas in Port Andratx in Mallorca.

However, you don’t need to be playing in the world’s richest football league to experience the PH lifestyle; they’re currently building a range of exclusive houses and apartments in Cheshire’s most desirable locations, including Prestbury, Henbury and Nether Alderley, especially the prestigious new Alderley Park development at the former home of AstraZeneca.
