We’re delighted to welcome our new After-Care Manager, Ian Noscoe to the team at PH Head Office this month. Self-described as a former “artist in burnt clay” (more commonly known as a bricklayer), Ian has a building trade background stretching back more years than he cares to remember! From his early days on site, he quickly scaled the management ladder, going from Assistant Site Manager to Site Manager, Contracts Manager and then into Customer Services where he has stayed for 28 years, with stints at Taylor Wimpey, Bovis homes, Bellway and Gleeson Homes.
A family man with four children and four grandchildren, he’s an avid sports fan, enjoying everything from Rugby (League and Union), Football to British Touring Cars and F1 Racing. He likes the outdoor life, regularly getting out and about on country and coastal walks, enjoys his greenhouse and garden, and has a passion for travel, with a trip to Cuba planned for early 2024.
We’re looking forward to working with him and benefitting from the wealth of experience he brings to the role.
